Payment can be made through credit card via Shopify Payments or Paypal, which allows you to purchase in a simple and safe way. You can make your payment with credit cards VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS, among others offered by the platform.

Fedex Free worldwide shipping with secure Track and Trace Number. Once the order has been placed it will be shipped in the 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email  with your Fedex tracking number and a link to the website where you can follow your item. Our orders are shipped from our offices Buenos Aires and New York City, depending on proximity. Custom charges and taxes applicable in each country outside Argentina, will be the client's responsibility.

All of our products are handmade, which means that sometimes we make a mistake. If there is something wrong* with your bag, we’ll fix it for you within 90 days of the purchase with no exception – free of charge. Just send us an email, we’ll handle the rest. In order to complete the exchange process, your item must fit the following criteria:

• It must be in the same condition than it was when shipped to you

• Conserve the original packaging

• All tags, stickers, etc. must be on. Above all, it’s essential that the item hasn’t been worn or used in any way. We trust that you understand if the item isn’t determined to be in the original condition that it was when purchased, it will be returned to you, forfeiting the possibility of a refund or replacement. You will also be responsible for any return shipping costs. 

If you just want to return an item, please reach us at contacto@nimesba.com and we will give you the instructions to return the item to our US office. In this case, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.
